Hourly VPS Cost Calculator
Small hourly prices can be difficult to translate into a useful project budget. Enter a rate and the number of hours your server runs each day, then choose the days used in a month. See daily cost, a seven-day weekly equivalent and a monthly estimate based on that schedule. For context, the calculator also shows a 730-hour continuous-use equivalent, which is a mathematical monthly average rather than a universal billing rule. Actual billing can differ by provider through caps, minimum charges and billing periods. Explore matching hourly-capable plans using their recorded monthly prices, then check the provider’s terms for your actual schedule.

How many hours are in a month?
A 30-day month has 720 hours; a 31-day month has 744. 730 hours is a common mathematical monthly average or estimate, not a universal provider billing rule.
Why can provider billing differ from 730 hours?
Providers can apply minimum charges, different billing periods or monthly compute caps. This is a mathematical estimate. Some providers use monthly caps or different billing rules.
What is a monthly cap?
A monthly cap limits the compute charge. Some UpCloud product families describe a 28-day (672-hour) cap; do not apply that rule to all products. CloudPlanScout uses recorded provider-specific billing rules when displaying plan prices.
How are matching plans selected?
Only fresh plans from fully comparable providers with recorded hourly support and a positive hourly rate are eligible. Budget matching uses published monthly base prices within ±20%, not a promise of your short-session bill.
